
Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic – Industrial Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +5 more states.
• Responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region.
• Utilize sales and market data to set regional objectives, understand market and industry trends, and identify growth opportunities to formulate the regional sales strategy.
• Keep updated on changing industry and market trends, as well as any gaps in current Solve product offerings, and provide strategic recommendations to company leadership for future product innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent manufacturer sales representatives to gain their support and enhance advocacy for Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings and presentations while consulting with existing clients to uncover opportunities for promoting and upselling new products, as well as addressing and resolving any customer concerns.
• Oversee pricing strategies for the region and suggest price adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering Teams to develop strategies for promoting the organization’s “best-in-class” product lines through company communications, trade shows, and networking events.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Over 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
• More than 3 years of experience in industrial sales management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
