Regional Sales Manager, Medical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding a team of field sales consultants

• Formulates sales strategies and implements programs to meet sales and profit objectives

• Assesses the sales performance of Field Sales Representatives

• Manages staffing, training, and performance assessments

• Organizes sales distribution by defining sales territories, quotas, and objectives

• Engages with internal management to address sales-related matters

• Compiles monthly sales reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Progressive sales experience within the medical distribution sector

• Minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred

• Valid Driver's License with no previous suspensions or revocations

• Understanding of the Medical Industry and its products

• Familiarity with eCommerce and associated order entry systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
