This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, employing strategic long-term thinking to recognize and address customer pain points with enhanced value-added services.
β’ Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships within the region to explore new prospects and clients, focusing on expanding new business opportunities.
β’ Investigate the unmet needs of prospects and subsequently develop and deliver solutions based on the Merchant's value proposition.
β’ Demonstrate strong networking abilities and proficiency in generating sales leads.
β’ Exhibit skills in influencing and negotiating.
β’ This position is home office based, with occasional travel required within the designated territory.
β’ Direct experience in long-term fleet management sales is essential, with lease durations varying from 2 to 5 years.
β’ Proficient in the use and management of CRM systems (Salesforce or any equivalent CRM).
β’ Strong capabilities in networking and developing sales leads.
β’ Proven influencer with demonstrated negotiation expertise.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, capable of interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including βCβ level executives from our client and prospective client companies.
β’ A working knowledge of common business information technology software and the ability to learn and utilize proprietary company software and web-based tools employed by the organization.
β’ A foundational understanding of how to interpret financial statements to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients.
β’ Familiarity with leasing contracts and deal structures, as well as ancillary fleet management services.
β’ Exceptional time management skills.
β’ A strong desire and willingness to learn, with an inquisitive nature.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively and assist in directing and coordinating company resources to meet client and prospect needs.
