This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with our clients to enhance their complete digital experience.
β’ This role is accountable for leading and driving sales initiatives.
β’ Responsible for selling Palo Alto Networks Products and Solutions via Channel Partners while also engaging directly with customers in your region.
β’ Your consultative selling expertise will help identify business challenges and develop solutions for both prospects and existing customers.
β’ Gain insight into the competitive landscape and customer requirements to effectively position the Palo Alto Networks solutions portfolio.
β’ Establish clear objectives and provide precise forecasting by crafting a comprehensive territory plan.
β’ Stay informed about industry developments and trends, and how they influence Palo Alto Networks products and services.
β’ Travel as needed within your territory and attend company-wide meetings.
β’ Proven experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or employing consultative sales techniques, ideally to local government clients.
β’ Technical proficiency in understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
β’ Ability to identify problems, analyze data, ascertain root causes, and offer scalable solutions.
β’ Build and nurture relationships with our channel partners to implement a channel-focused go-to-market strategy for our customers.
β’ Possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire sales cycle and demonstrates the ability to adhere to a structured sales process.
β’ Capable of adopting a holistic approach to problem-solving by grasping the larger context and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes.
β’ Excellent time management abilities, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
β’ Proficient in English and German, with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
