
Regional Sales Manager – Irrigation and Fertigation Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee MWM’s commercial distributor network while delivering customer support in the Northeast region of Brazil.
• Assist distributors and clients by providing technical support; facilitate negotiations (including drafting proposals and commercial orders as necessary), keeping factory-specified delivery lead times in mind.
• Evaluate the region and clientele to uncover product penetration opportunities across diverse applications.
• Track competitor activities and relay insights to the factory for suitable actions.
• Have a solid understanding of product applications to guide customers in selecting the most suitable motor pump options.
• Willingness to travel (for trade shows, presentations, and visits to distributors and customers).
• Manage and implement pricing, adjustments, and discounts in line with MWM’s commercial policy (assessing sales costs and financial risks linked to product commercialization).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Commercial Management, or equivalent fields.
• Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to delivery.
• Technical expertise in irrigation and fertigation motor pumps.
• Necessary experience working within the Northeast region of Brazil.
• Must be a resident of the Northeast (Brazil).
