
Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Fabrication Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee and expand a sales territory on the West Coast, targeting customers in metal fabrication and manufacturing.
• Build and nurture relationships with fabrication shops, manufacturers, dealers, and industry collaborators.
• Travel across the territory for customer visits, equipment demonstrations, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Engage directly with customers to identify production challenges and provide tailored equipment solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualification to quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Enhance and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors throughout the region.
• Work in close collaboration with applications engineering and service teams to ensure optimal equipment compatibility and customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline activities and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Represent DNE Laser USA with professionalism in the manufacturing sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial or capital equipment sector.
• Proven capability to manage a sales territory independently.
• Strong comprehension of manufacturing settings and fabrication processes.
• Experience with dealer or distributor networks is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable engaging in technical sales conversations and conducting customer demonstrations.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and increasing market presence.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not an option for this role.
