This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• The Regional Sales Manager (HVAC) serves as a seasoned industry leader focused on enhancing ABB’s regional market presence by overseeing dedicated tier-1 Channel Partners and Commercial OEM clients.
• Responsible for conveying essential information to customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions, in accordance with ABB’s offerings and strategic objectives.
• Ensures the implementation of effective marketing initiatives and communicates value propositions to clients.
• Identifies and spearheads the exploration of new market opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manages administrative processes related to sales and supports cash collection and project management activities as necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in a complex business setting selling products or solutions.
• A strong background in sales and VFD/HVAC applications.
• Proven account management experience with OEMs, End Users, and Commercial Channel Partners in the HVAC sector.
• Proficient in using CRM software tools such as SalesForce and PowerBI.
• A valid US Driver's License is required.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by ABB in the US.
