This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.
• Oversee and manage sales operations within the designated region to meet sales objectives and achieve revenue growth.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and independent sales representatives.
• Train, inspire, and provide continuous support to Independent Sales Representatives to enhance sales performance.
• Deliver product presentations in departments to showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers and sales teams.
• Examine market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Compile and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Independent Sales Representatives to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and finalizing sales agreements with major accounts.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the company and cultivate new business relationships.
• Ensure that Independent Sales Representatives are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources for success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management position, preferably working with independent sales representatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
