This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Tasked with crafting and implementing strategic go-to-market plans for the local cluster.
• Responsible for forecasting and business planning activities aimed at achieving budgeted sales volume and profit targets within the assigned region.
• Collect insights and determine the local cluster's requirements for upcoming new product developments (NPDs).
• Lead and oversee potential local Field Sales partners.
• Identify and spearhead the creation of new business opportunities within the foodservice and industrial sectors.
• Formulate annual business plans for customers in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Direct and monitor all aspects of trade promotions to maximize their effectiveness.
• Manage broker and distributor sales execution while assessing performance against established objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships and manage regional contacts within the designated area.
• Develop and implement a local partnership program for key Foodservice accounts in conjunction with the Marketing department.
• Negotiate annual collaboration agreements with local key accounts and wholesalers.
• Participate in significant customer events and foodservice trade shows.
• Utilize data, insights, and sales reports to make necessary and beneficial adjustments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Foodservice Sales with a focus on account management.
• A four-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Native or fluent German speaker, with professional or conversational English skills; additional European languages are a plus.
