This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will enhance your territory by nurturing existing customers, converting potential leads into new clients, and actively pursuing new accounts.
• You serve as the main point of contact for our customers on-site.
• You deliver professional support and consultation to our clientele.
• You are tasked with promoting new product launches and running promotional campaigns.
• When necessary, you will provide shelf training for sales personnel in perfumeries.
• You have completed commercial training or qualifications in drugstore retail, PTA (Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant), perfumery, or beauty institutions.
• You have a passion for sales.
• You proactively assist, advise, and develop customer accounts with enthusiasm and dedication.
• Experience in field sales within the beauty sector is preferable.
• Your character is defined by strong self-motivation, effective communication skills, and a sense of accountability.
• You excel in prospecting and enjoy the challenge of acquiring new customers.
• You are very willing to travel; overnight stays are not a concern for you.
• Ideally, you live within the designated territory.
