This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• In the role of Regional Sales Manager for Federal Sales, you will demonstrate a strong capability to position advanced endpoint security solutions and convey primary vendor strategies to senior executives within the Federal Civilian Community.
• You will leverage CrowdStrike’s product strengths and value propositions to prospective clients, aligning our offerings with their needs to assist partners and clients in overcoming adversaries.
• Forge and sustain active relationships with key decision-makers in the Federal/Civilian sector (spanning all IT and senior executive levels) within the industry, partners, and customers to drive relevant sales strategy and achieve goals.
• Identify, develop, and implement account strategies to secure new business opportunities and increase revenue with customers throughout the assigned region, both independently and collaboratively.
• Scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with operational peers across various functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with target prospects at both individual contributor and executive levels.
• Work synergistically with partners to utilize their existing account presence and relationships. Capture, maintain, and disseminate precise and relevant prospect information using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
• A minimum of 10 years of solution selling experience, including over 3 years of experience selling software security and/or infrastructure products to the Federal Government and Civilian Community.
• Profound understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings available in the market.
• Proven track record of exceeding booking and revenue goals.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to cultivate executive relationships, articulate CrowdStrike’s product and business strategies, and generate demand that leads to successful deals.
• Your primary focus will be on generating net new revenue.
• Must possess an aptitude for comprehending how technology products and solutions address business challenges and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex multivariate issues and employing a systematic approach for prompt resolution.
• Established experience in developing relationships with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work remotely and willingness to travel on short notice.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
