Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales – Civilian

📋 Description

• In the role of Regional Sales Manager for Federal Sales, you will demonstrate a strong capability to position cutting-edge endpoint security solutions while effectively communicating key vendor strategies to senior executives within the Federal Civilian sector.

• Your mission will be to present CrowdStrike’s product strengths and value propositions to prospective clients, aligning our offerings with client needs to assist both partners and clients in overcoming adversaries.

• You will establish and sustain active relationships with crucial decision-makers in the Federal/Civilian space, engaging with all IT and senior executive levels within industry, partners, and customers to influence sales strategies and achieve goals.

• Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and executing account strategies aimed at closing new business opportunities and enhancing revenue with clients throughout the designated region, both independently and collaboratively.

• You will scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota targets.

• Collaborating with peers across various functions—including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development—you will create visibility with target accounts and foster engagement of prospects at all levels.

• Working in partnership with established account holders, you will leverage their relationships and presence, while accurately capturing, maintaining, and sharing relevant prospect information using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of solution selling experience, with at least 3 years focused on software security and/or infrastructure products within the Federal Government and Civilian Community.

• A solid understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings available in the market.

• Proven track record of surpassing booking and revenue targets.

• Successful background in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies.

• A proactive self-starter with the ability to cultivate executive relationships, effectively articulate CrowdStrike’s products and business strategies, and generate demand to close deals.

• Your primary focus will be on generating new revenue streams.

• An aptitude for comprehending how technology products and solutions address business challenges, along with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex multivariate issues and employing systematic approaches for prompt resolution.

• Recognized experience in building relationships with senior executives.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation abilities, applicable in both internal and external scenarios.

• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

• Willingness and ability to work remotely and travel on short notice as required.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

• A drive to succeed and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
