This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers, developing pipelines, and driving commercial performance within designated enterprise accounts and target markets.
• Creating and implementing territory and account plans that align with business growth goals and commercial priorities.
• Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities in enterprise organizations and strategic target accounts.
• Leading customer discovery sessions to comprehend business challenges, operational needs, and authentication workflows.
• Establishing executive relationships with decision-makers, business leaders, IT departments, security teams, and key stakeholders.
• Positioning and selling enterprise authentication solutions, including secure print, SSO, MFA, credential-based authentication, and related technologies.
• Guiding opportunities throughout the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Developing and overseeing a robust pipeline with precise forecasting and clear visibility into opportunities, risks, and necessary actions.
• Collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to enhance market reach and accelerate growth.
• Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Solutions teams to facilitate customer engagements and market adoption.
• Providing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to assist in business planning and portfolio growth.
• Representing HID at customer meetings, industry events, partner engagements, and commercial activities.
• Ensuring disciplined CRM management, opportunity governance, and reporting practices.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise new account acquisition sales (hunter mentality is essential).
• Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions, ideally in areas like print management, secure print, identity & access management (IAM), SSO, authentication, or device security.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences effectively.
• Experience working with channel partners and integrators.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management capabilities.
• Familiarity with microprocessors, PC integration, and semiconductor hardware/software is preferred.
• Experience with credential technologies such as Mobile Keys, Apple VAS, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
