
Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create a business strategy aimed at exceeding sales objectives
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales ecosystem, from lead generation to deal closure
• Assist clients in grasping the value of Cribl throughout the sales journey
• Clearly communicate our value proposition at all organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs
• Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets
• As a remote-first company, work is conducted across various time zones – you may occasionally need to perform tasks outside your regular working hours
• Minimum of 4 years in quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT professionals (CISO/CIOs)
• Experience with at least one early-stage startup with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial qualities throughout your career
• Proven success in acquiring 5 or more new logos annually and the ability to manage a complex sales process
• Experience in selling through a channel-led approach
• Capability to generate demand within a territory and sell solutions that are not budgeted
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology
