This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create a comprehensive business strategy to exceed sales targets.
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales framework from lead generation to closing deals.
• Assist clients in recognizing the benefits of Cribl during the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition throughout the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
• Accurately forecast and consistently achieve sales objectives.
• As a remote-first company, our operations span multiple time zones, and you may occasionally need to fulfill responsibilities outside of your regular working hours.
• A minimum of 7 years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise Security sales, focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO).
• Experience in at least one early-stage startup with fewer than 1000 employees, or have exhibited entrepreneurial skills throughout your career.
• A proven history of acquiring 5 or more new clients each year and a demonstrated capability to navigate a complex sales process.
• Experience in selling through a channel-led strategy.
• Proficient in creating demand within a territory and selling solutions that are not budgeted.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales framework.
