This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate a strategic business plan aimed at exceeding sales objectives.
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales framework, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Assist clients in recognizing the value of Cribl throughout the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition across all levels of the organization, from engineers to C-suite executives.
• Accurately forecast and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Carry out responsibilities beyond standard working hours as needed.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quota-bearing Enterprise Security sales, targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
• Experience with at least one early-stage startup or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout one’s career, preferably in organizations with fewer than 1000 employees.
• A solid history of acquiring 5 or more new clients annually, along with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
• Experience in a channel-led sales approach.
• Capability to generate demand within a territory and sell solutions that are not budgeted.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
