This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and cultivate assigned customer accounts to enhance revenue growth, which includes accountability for sales forecasts, budgets, and new business opportunities (NBOs).
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality functions.
• Facilitate pricing negotiations and oversee purchase agreements for designated accounts, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Assist and develop distribution partners to expand Littelfuse's business within the region.
• Provide sales leadership and coordination during customer escalations, aiding project management and communication across Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and other necessary functions.
• Showcase and advocate for Littelfuse products directly to customers and at pertinent trade shows and industry events.
• Recognize, support, and contribute to engineering and product marketing initiatives by sharing customer insights that may lead to new business opportunities or product development.
• Aid internal Littelfuse projects and initiatives in the capacity of a Regional Sales and Marketing representative.
• Direct and coordinate Littelfuse's participation in trade shows and customer-specific technical exhibitions.
• Assist with credit and collection matters when necessary.
• Support global sales and marketing initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A technical degree is preferred (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales; OEM and/or Tier I/II experience is highly preferred.
• Direct experience with electronic components and automotive applications is greatly valued.
• Demonstrated experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating with global teams.
• International sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
• Capacity to manage complex accounts, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
