This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth within your assigned region while managing customer relationships.
• Oversee and direct the sales activities in the designated area, which includes prospecting, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing sales for our products, services, and solutions.
• Achieve ambitious yet attainable monthly sales targets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term business partnerships.
• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with national sales managers and the marketing team to synchronize regional goals with company aims.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets within the region.
• Formulate strategies to attract new clients and enhance market share.
• Conduct regular market research and explore new sales opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ventilation products, systems, and industry trends.
• Advise customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.
• Provide consistent reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure that accurate and timely sales data is recorded in CRM systems.
• Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing and terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze, identify, and manage opportunities and improvements across all business functions.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee high-quality, customer-centric sales approaches.
• Utilize our CRM system to ensure that essential customer and stakeholder information is collected and kept up to date.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback from your region to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained, while identifying areas for development.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in sales or HVAC-related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively identify opportunities and position products.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly tackle challenges, whether they pertain to sales obstacles or customer issues.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to optimize productivity.
