📋 Description

• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth in your assigned region while managing customer relationships.

• Oversee and direct sales activities in the designated region, which includes prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals for our products, services, and solutions.

• Achieve ambitious yet attainable monthly sales targets.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with key customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term business partnerships.

• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet or surpass sales goals.

• Collaborate closely with national sales managers and the marketing team to align regional objectives with company goals.

• Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets within the region.

• Create strategies to attract new clients and grow market share.

• Conduct regular market research and investigate new sales opportunities.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ventilation products, systems, and industry developments.

• Advise customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.

• Provide consistent reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights.

• Ensure that accurate and timely sales data is entered into CRM systems.

• Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing, terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

• Analyze, identify, and manage opportunities and improvements across all business functions.

• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure a customer-centric sales approach.

• Utilize our CRM system to collect and maintain essential customer and stakeholder information.

• Aggregate and analyze customer feedback from your region to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and identify areas for development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification in sales or HVAC-related disciplines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively position products and identify opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address challenges, whether related to sales obstacles or customer concerns.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to enhance productivity.

• Flexibility in managing diverse personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
