• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in sales or HVAC-related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively position products and identify opportunities.
