This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.
• Create and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee sales forecasting processes and establish performance objectives
• Analyze market data to identify customer requirements
• Provide guidance to representatives, dealers, distributors, and clients on sales and marketing strategies
• Engage with clients to nurture relationships, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales experience in relevant channel sales management
• Preferred experience with major national distributors and dealers
• Access control experience is an advantage
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in sales reporting using CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com)
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP solutions is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
