📋 Description

• This position involves outside sales responsibilities aimed at prospecting and establishing new account relationships, in addition to nurturing and maintaining the current account base within the property mitigation and restoration sector.

• The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will create and execute Direct Partner Programs with residential and commercial insurance carriers in a designated territory.

• The RSM will focus on sustaining and enhancing revenue streams and expanding market share, while providing exceptional service by collaborating closely with quality assurance and operations to ensure offices meet their commitments and promises.

• Acquire and secure new accounts, referrals, and strengthen existing relationships with key decision-makers through lead generation, cold calling, and engaging sales presentations to grow the existing account base and increase market share and revenue.

• Identify opportunities to expand market share within a specified list of existing accounts in assigned regions.

• Communicate with, train, and inspire network offices to understand and support the Business Development department.

• Prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality leads.

• Maintain and update CRM records with relevant account information.

• Negotiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with property insurance carriers.

• Professionally and effectively develop and deliver sales presentations by: making regular sales calls to cultivate relationships and follow up on leads, taking actions to close deals and finalize agreements, and achieving established sales quotas, revenue, and growth objectives.

• Responsible for establishing business relationships with top residential and commercial property insurance carriers in designated territories.

• Manage accounts, which includes resolving disputes, preventing problems, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.

• Collaborate with the PDRI Business Development team to create service opportunities.

• Understand the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration.

• Assist in marketing initiatives and maintain regular communication with the SVP of Carrier Business Development.

• Analyze and recommend programs and procedures that serve the best interests of all stakeholders.

• Perform all other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and marketing capabilities.

• General understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.

• Possession of necessary industry trade certifications.

• High levels of initiative, reliability, and self-motivation.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with comfort in addressing large audiences.

• Familiarity with cost analysis techniques.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to analyze, diffuse, and resolve challenging situations.

• Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate judgments effectively.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership qualities.

• Capability to organize and prioritize assignments to meet established priorities and critical deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Skill in influencing others without direct authority.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in restoration and/or the insurance carrier industry is a plus.
