This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Achieve sales targets for dealer operations within a designated territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Utilize data analytics to pinpoint market opportunities that will enhance market share, revenue, and brand visibility.
• Spearhead business planning initiatives with distributors and formulate an annual sales and marketing strategy by product category.
• Maintain a focus on key dealers in each market segment.
• Enhance key dealer engagement and growth through process enhancements, resolving dealer issues, and effective execution.
• Promote dealer profitability by coaching and influencing Territory Managers and dealers.
• Foster growth through channel expansion and new market development to ensure industry-leading dealer coverage and customer experience for Toro products.
• Represent Toro at dealer open houses, trade exhibitions, and training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry and sales.
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in durable goods, with a preference for outdoor power equipment, power sports, or related dealer sales for Regional Manager I.
• Over 7 years of successful sales experience in durable goods is preferred for Regional II Manager.
• Significant understanding of dealership and/or distributorship operations.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, negotiation, and influential leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
