This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Oversee and enhance the designated Northeast territory
• Proactively seek out new customer prospects
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at acquiring new customers
• Dedicate efforts to fulfilling customer requirements and meeting essential deadlines
• Negotiate the sale of shower and bath units, along with related accessories
• Foster and sustain working relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Identify and participate in trade shows within the designated territory
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction
• Must reside in or close to the designated Northeast territory
• Outstanding knowledge of products
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers
• Strong comprehension of identifying ideal customers in remodeling and construction sectors
• Demonstrated capability to research markets and convert new business leads
• Self-motivated sales professional adept at formulating territory strategies and prioritizing opportunities
• Knowledge of the territory in terms of remodeling, construction networking, and compliance
• Friendly and engaging rapport-building approach
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in selling to or through dealer networks
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and CRM software
• Capability to manage complaints and navigate stressful situations
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
