
Regional Sales Manager β Data Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual revenue goals for the Data Protection & Cyber Resilience portfolio in the region.
β’ Formulate regional growth strategies that emphasize acquisition, expansion, and retention.
β’ Maintain close oversight of individual sales territories to enhance close rates and attract new customers.
β’ Provide precise, data-driven quarterly forecasts that are accurately represented in Salesforce.
β’ Manage both tactical and strategic sales initiatives to ensure consistent revenue growth across key product lines and solution areas.
β’ Keep a keen eye on essential business metrics, including pipeline development.
β’ Recruit and nurture a team of top-tier Specialist Account Executives.
β’ Hold regular one-on-one meetings, quarterly business reviews, and conduct strategic deal assessments as necessary.
β’ Engage in extensive travel with the team to build relationships with strategic accounts and facilitate the successful closure of key opportunities.
β’ Provide consultation on large proposals to ensure that technical, operational, and financial benefits are clearly communicated to the customer.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in the Data Protection and Cyber Resilience domain.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in Sales Leadership within the Enterprise Software sector or a closely related area.
β’ Proven track record of consistently surpassing quota targets.
β’ Experience selling across various industries and verticals is highly preferred.
β’ Strong connections within the VAR/Reseller/Managed Provider ecosystem.
β’ Clear understanding of modern hybrid cloud infrastructure and the integration of data protection and cyber resilience technologies.
β’ Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity are significant advantages.
β’ Capability to demonstrate value-based selling solutions using established methodologies (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management Preferred).
β’ Ability to effectively navigate large, complex organizations to create leverage and scale is strongly preferred.
