Regional Sales Manager – CRDM, CAS (Cardiac Rhythm Device Management, Cardiac Ablation)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the activities of a sales team

• Formulates and executes business strategies for both current and prospective accounts

• Manages the daily operations of the sales team

• Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with key personnel in accounts

• Recognizes opportunities and develops new initiatives to achieve sales objectives

• Guides sales representatives on the technical features of products and services

• Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to implement unified commercial strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of pertinent sales and leadership experience

• Strong practical knowledge in sales, business development, and management

• In-depth understanding of how work impacts other areas within the organization
