This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the operations of a sales team.
β’ Formulates and executes business strategies for both current and prospective accounts.
β’ Manages the daily functions of the sales team.
β’ Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with key account stakeholders.
β’ Recognizes opportunities and devises new programs to achieve sales objectives.
β’ Guides sales representatives on the technical features of products and services.
β’ Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to implement cohesive commercial strategies.
β’ Fosters a high-performance culture through the development of talent.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
β’ At least 5 years of pertinent sales experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and leadership roles.
β’ Practical knowledge in sales, business development, and management.
β’ Strong comprehension of how work affects other areas within the organization.
