This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Strategically plans, directs, and oversees the activities of a sales team within a designated region/district/geography to meet set sales objectives.
• Develops and/or executes business strategies for both existing and prospective accounts.
• Oversees the daily operations of a sales team to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s overall sales strategy for the assigned region/district/geography.
• Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with all key account personnel and relevant departments to support sales, market development, service initiatives, and clinical programs.
• Identifies opportunities and creates new programs to align with the organization’s sales objectives aimed at increasing market share.
• Requires practical knowledge in sales, business development, and management, particularly in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics for one or more products.
• Typically possesses advanced knowledge and skills within the sales domain.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or for degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the standards of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience or an advanced degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent sales and leadership experience.
