This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and expand Mobility OEM clientele (Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W), particularly within the Commercial Vehicle sector.
• Introduce new products to the marketplace.
• Serve in a customer-facing capacity by effectively coordinating activities with team members, various functions (Technology, Operations & Supply Chain), and other business units to support program/product strategies.
• Accountable for achieving budgeted revenue targets and ensuring the profitability of the business in the region.
• Sustain and cultivate new customers in the Commercial Vehicle segment for Mobility clients (Bus, Trucks, Tipper, 2W) within the region.
• Foster and maintain sustainable relationships at various levels within OEM customers.
• Implement, monitor, and coordinate OEM-related projects.
• Collaborate with the Technology team and support the sales team in new product development and market implementation.
• Secure New Product approvals and onboard new customers at OEM while delivering on budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets for the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology.
• A degree in Business Management with a focus on marketing is preferred.
• Skilled in navigating a multi-cultural work environment.
• Experience in a global setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the paint industry and paint application processes.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in the coatings industry, with a proven record that includes technical, process, and commercial roles.
• Ability to influence clients and establish robust customer relationships.
• Competent in managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while leading cross-functional teams without direct oversight.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a capacity for data-driven decision-making.
• Capability to understand customer requirements and translate them into product offerings or solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly in presentation creation.
• Experience with SalesForce.com and information databases is a plus.
• Essential ability to collaborate and foster teamwork.
