This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Ensures that Health and Safety remains the top priority by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and consistently acting in a safe manner.
• Develop, establish, and implement fundamental sales expectations, while coaching branch-level leadership to ensure all sales representatives meet the Climate Control sales standards.
• Accountable for coaching and mentoring branch managers and Sales Representatives within the assigned region.
• Oversee organizational sales by crafting a business plan that encompasses sales, revenue, and expense management.
• Achieve planned sales objectives and enhance revenue within the region.
• Set individual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and branch managers.
• Work collaboratively with various leaders across the company to enhance capabilities with the goal of cross-selling products, solutions, and services.
• Implement divisional sales strategies in partnership with the Director of Sales for the designated region.
• Keep an eye on competitors relevant to the area of responsibility to identify new opportunities or market trends, and create action plans for growth or adaptation in response to these trends.
• Guide, coach, and mentor branch leadership and sellers to advocate for all heating, cooling, drying, and indoor air quality solutions across all market segments.
• Design and execute a 12-month strategic sales calendar, which will include but is not limited to: Sales Training, market segment focus, commercial opportunities, construction prospects, and seasonality tailored to regional objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education, along with 3-5 years of sales and/or sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the year.
• Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels, including executive leadership, along with strong follow-up skills and adaptability to pivot mid-course to meet objectives.
• Strong training, coaching, and presentation abilities.
• Technical and mechanical knowledge, with the capability to instruct, train, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
