📋 Description

• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth within your allocated region while managing customer relationships.

• Contribute significantly to enhancing our market presence by providing premium ventilation solutions to clients in both commercial and industrial sectors.

• Oversee and direct sales operations in the designated region, which includes prospecting, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for our range of products, services, and solutions.

• Achieve ambitious yet realistic monthly sales objectives.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction and develop long-lasting business partnerships.

• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing campaigns to meet or surpass sales goals.

• Collaborate closely with national sales managers and the marketing team to align regional objectives with overall company goals.

• Discover new business opportunities and explore untapped markets within the region.

• Formulate strategies to attract new clients and increase market share.

• Conduct thorough market research and seek out new sales opportunities regularly.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ventilation products, systems, and prevailing industry trends.

• Advise customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.

• Provide ongoing reports detailing sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure that accurate and timely sales data is recorded in CRM systems.

• Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing, terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

• Analyze, identify, and manage opportunities for improvement across all business functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification in sales or HVAC-related fields.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively identify opportunities and position products.

• Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly tackle challenges, whether they involve sales hurdles or customer issues.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to optimize productivity.

• Flexibility in managing various personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
