• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth within your allocated region while managing customer relationships.

• Play a pivotal role in enhancing our market footprint by providing high-quality ventilation solutions to clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.

• Lead and oversee sales efforts in the assigned territory, which includes prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales for our products, services, and solutions.

• Achieve ambitious yet attainable monthly sales goals.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-lasting business partnerships.

• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

• Collaborate closely with national sales managers and the marketing team to ensure regional goals align with overall company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and unexplored markets within the region.

• Formulate strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.

• Perform regular market research to uncover new sales opportunities.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ventilation products, systems, and industry trends.

• Advise customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.

• Provide consistent reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into CRM systems.

• Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing and terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

• Analyze, identify, and manage opportunities for improvement across all business functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.

• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification in sales or HVAC-related fields.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively identify opportunities and position products.

• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address challenges, whether related to sales obstacles or customer issues.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to enhance productivity.

• Flexibility in adapting to various personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
