This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulating and articulating quarterly and annual sales strategies and action plans for the designated region to foster profitable and balanced revenue growth across all product lines.
• Monitoring and reporting the team's progress towards objectives through weekly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Leveraging sales expertise to enhance both personal and team performance.
• Executing planning, forecasting, objective-setting, and action-planning processes.
• Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize and align resources that support strategic and tactical objectives.
• Establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships.
• Delivering day-to-day leadership for the regional sales team.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and sales management.
• More than 5 years of experience in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment sector.
• Prior experience in people leadership is preferred.
