Regional Sales Manager – Cardiometabolics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth objectives.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a high-achieving sales team.

• Oversee regional sales operations, forecasts, CRM pipeline management, and budget allocations.

• Recruit, train, and support the development of sales professionals.

• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and distributor partners to enhance commercial success.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and customer agreements to fulfill revenue and margin objectives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with important national and regional accounts.

• Assess team performance, conduct business reviews, and regularly report to senior leadership.

• Engage in extensive travel (at least 3 days per week) to assist field teams and foster customer connections.

• Work alongside Marketing, Finance, Contracts & Pricing, and Training teams to implement strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS/BBA with a preferred focus on sales, marketing, nursing, medical technology, or business.

• Over 8 years of proven sales experience.

• More than 5 years of experience managing a field sales team.

• In-depth knowledge of strategic selling techniques within the clinical market.

• Demonstrated sales leader with a successful history of creating and executing sales strategies that stimulate revenue growth and surpass performance expectations.

• Must fulfill vendor credentialing requirements and be capable of working in physician and hospital environments.

• Experience in diagnostics is preferred.
