This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Create pricing proposals and quotations for clients.
• Supply technical documentation (specifications) for the proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams on technical matters.
• Gather market insights and draft technical specifications for new offerings.
• Achieve the annual sales targets for the designated territory.
• Communicate with customers, agents, and regional managers as required.
• Identify and report any issues that could affect our capacity to fulfill customer needs.
• Establish and maintain a strong, productive relationship with our sales agents promptly.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of an international sales team.
• Function as a collaborative team member within the Hipotronics Sales department, assisting wherever necessary.
• Engage in technical symposia and trade exhibitions.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an associate degree in a technical or business discipline, or a minimum of 5+ years in technical sales.
• Experience with high voltage testing and measurement equipment is advantageous, or in a similar technical field.
• Exceptional sales and application skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage and maintain productive relationships with colleagues.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
