This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You identify potential key customers and engage them with our services.
• You further develop existing customer relationships.
• You independently conduct contract negotiations and finalize agreements.
• You stay attuned to market trends.
• You collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
• You initiate your own ideas and share your experiences and successes to support team development.

• You have experience in the fields of optical technology, medical technology, or healthcare.
• You bring professional experience in Account Management or Sales Management.
• You can demonstrate proven successes in customer acquisition, management, and the expansion of business relationships.
• Your working style is structured, data-driven, and focused.
• You are accustomed to being the manager of your sales territory.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in German (at least C1) as well as English proficiency (at least B2).
• You hold a valid Class B driver's license.
• You are willing to travel (approximately 80%) and reside in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or surrounding areas).
