This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers.
• Foster new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth within the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor sectors.
• Implement the sales strategy, ensuring that your team achieves regional objectives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline evaluations, and territory optimization sessions.
• Take ownership of the team’s sales goals.
• Establish repeatable, data-driven sales processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• 5–8+ years of progressive sales experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Understanding of SMB contractor markets, particularly in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.
• Strong grasp of sales pipeline dynamics and forecasting.
• Proficient in Salesforce and contemporary sales enablement or analytics tools.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams.
