Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 15 to 20 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across the North East Region of the United States.

• Increase the number of funded deals through collaboration with dealers.

• Identify, recruit, manage, and nurture ASMs capable of effectively implementing our Sales process.

• Provide targeted training on essential selling skills and program knowledge.

• Establish clear expectations for ASMs and offer coaching for performance enhancement.

• Regularly review and discuss key metrics with ASMs.

• Conduct field visits while mentoring ASMs on the best practices of the Company.

• Manage monthly team volume targets with a focus on continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with exceptional results in Automotive, Finance, and Sales, including retail automobile dealerships.

• Prior experience in a training and development capacity.

• Leadership experience managing a high-performing team is preferred.

• 5-7 years of experience in a sales position with a documented history of success is preferred.

• Experience with Dealer Participation/Reserve is preferred.

• A College Degree is preferred.

• Strong understanding of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.

• Excellent presentation skills, from initial creation to delivery.

• Strong interpersonal and clear communication abilities.

• Capability to persuade and influence others effectively.

• Orientation towards the significance of processes and their proper execution.

• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion strategies.

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
