This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of ASMs in alignment with Company policies.
• Facilitate the effective execution of Western Funding’s Five Step Sales Process.
• Establish clear expectations for ASMs and utilize coaching to enhance their performance.
• Periodically review and discuss key metrics with ASMs and the team.
• Strive to continuously enhance your team's core selling abilities and program knowledge.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations aimed at driving results and achieving individual goals.
• Perform field visits while mentoring ASMs on Company best practices.
• Address escalated calls from dealers effectively.
• Identify and execute strategies to enhance performance within your control, while communicating about opportunities where you lack full control.
• Oversee monthly team volume objectives with a focus on ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience with exceptional results in Automotive, Finance, and Sales, including retail automobile dealerships.
• Prior experience in a training and development capacity.
• Prior leadership experience managing a high-performing team.
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a sales position with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Experience with Dealer Participation/Reserve.
• College Degree required.
