This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee a team of 15 to 20 Area Sales Managers in the North East Region of the United States.
• Identify, recruit, manage, and nurture the development of ASMs.
• Provide targeted training on essential selling skills and program knowledge.
• Establish clear expectations for ASMs and mentor them for performance enhancement.
• Analyze key metrics and execute strategies to boost performance.
• Manage monthly team volume targets with a focus on ongoing improvement.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional results in Automotive, Finance, and Sales, including within retail automobile dealerships.
• Prior experience in a training and development capacity.
• Previous leadership experience in managing a high-performing team.
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a sales position with a verified track record of success.
