This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the implementation of Unilever Food Solutions' customer engagement strategy, both offline and online, aimed at Operators and Trade Partner customers to achieve business growth objectives such as Turnover, Reach, and Penetration.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a Customer Development team.
• Responsible for leading your team to meet business targets for the designated Region, focusing on Independent Operators, Chains, and Trade Partners.
• Ensure full execution of the UFS Annual Operating Plan along with quarterly initiatives.
• Manage Small Regional Chain accounts and identify sales opportunities with each customer.
• Build and maintain relationships with key tier 2 and 3 distributors to enhance the promotion of Unilever Food Solutions’ products.
• Drive business development across all field channels within both commercial and non-commercial segments.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the foodservice industry, with a demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the Foodservice sector.
• Familiarity with the application of Digital and Social media in sales strategies.
• A strong enthusiasm for food and the Out of Home (OOH) industry is advantageous.
• In-depth industry knowledge relevant to Trade Customers.
