This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve regional sales targets consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a focus on encouraging SSEs to sell across the full product and services portfolio!
• Assist team members in reaching their monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives by offering essential coaching, development, and leadership to ensure the success of each SSE and the entire region against performance metrics.
• Engage in recruitment initiatives to attract high-caliber sales candidates and guarantee that all assigned territories are adequately staffed.
• Maintain a pool of qualified SSE candidates to streamline the hiring process for future positions and reduce the impact of open territory coverage.
• Deliver precise and timely regional sales and account management reports, including regional forecasts, expense reports, customer evaluation reports, and any other reports requested by channel management.
• Collaborate with the Client Executive teams to ensure that our customers receive an uncompromised experience.
• Ensure adherence to all required reporting and effective utilization of internal tools and resources across the region.
• Conduct all business transactions in a professional and ethical manner, in line with established and accepted business practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA and/or JD is a plus.
• Over 4 years of experience in a successful sales or account management position.
• Proven experience in leading sales efforts within the B2B marketplace, with a preference for the Legal sector.
• Familiarity with coaching sales processes, product training, and professional development.
• Experience selling AI SaaS products is highly preferred.
• Skilled in forecasting monthly goals, including planning, forecasting, and enhancing productivity.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication capabilities: verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Committed to continuous learning, adaptable, open-minded, and possessing a positive attitude.
• High level of integrity and a solid understanding of sales ethics.
