• Drive and surpass regional sales objectives, achieving significant commercial outcomes.
• Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Cultivate, develop, and enhance valuable relationships with contractors, consultants, and key customers.
• Take full responsibility for the sales process, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights on ventilation solutions and their applications.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain precise CRM data and provide clear, insightful sales reports and forecasts.
• Full UK driving license (essential for this field-based position).
• Valid Business Car insurance must be secured to perform this role.
• Proven sales experience in the Ventilation sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales role.
• Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong history of building and managing customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to manage a sales pipeline and operate independently across a regional territory.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ideally qualified in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Sales or industry-related certifications are beneficial.
• Membership in, or familiarity with, relevant industry bodies (CIBSE, BESA, or similar) is desirable.
• Understanding of UK building regulations, compliance, and ventilation standards (essential).
• OTE bonus scheme – details will be provided at the time of offer.
• Car allowance of £500 per month.
