Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for acquiring and supporting our specialist partners and wholesalers in the Austria and Switzerland region, aiming to establish long-lasting partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• You will enhance sales and revenue by promoting battery storage solutions and EV charging solutions.

• You will collaborate with the Director of Sales DACH and the sales team to develop a customized sales strategy and effectively implement it within your territory.

• You will manage sales planning, controlling, and reporting for your designated sales area while ensuring all objectives are achieved.

• You will work in close partnership with Inside Sales, who will assist you in managing and supporting partners.

• You will motivate partners through focused training and analysis, aiding their business growth. You will identify the needs of partners and end customers, translating them into actionable steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training, preferably in a technical field or in sales.

• You have gained experience in sales, ideally within the B2B sector (or B2B2C), preferably with an OEM.

• You possess technical understanding and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level), along with good English proficiency. Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.

• You have experience in the PV, storage, or electrical industry — or are interested in transitioning into the renewable energy sector as a career changer (with suitable aptitude).

• You are an effective communicator, capable of quick thinking, presenting yourself confidently, and excelling at closing deals.

• You are open to travel (approximately 3 days per week) and hold a valid driving license (Class B).
