This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Guides and inspires the regional sales team to achieve and surpass sales and various financial and operational targets while fostering growth initiatives within the designated geographical region.
• Achieves financial goals by meeting revenue, margin, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the designated geographical area.
• Accomplishes operational targets and key growth initiatives as defined by the Commercial Leader, ensuring timely execution and significant impact.
• Collaborates with manufacturer representatives to cultivate and sustain successful and profitable business relationships and sales with existing and prospective customers.
• Increases revenue through direct lead generation and collaboration with agent teams.
• Evaluates sales levels and trends through market research and initiates proactive or corrective actions as necessary to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Engages with a diverse range of Signify customers (channel partners, contractors, integrators, and end-users) along with our manufacturer’s representatives as mentioned earlier.
• Ensures that suitable technical guidance and support regarding product applications is accessible to customers.
• Advocates and promotes company strategy through customer engagement at industry events, including delivering presentations at conventions and trade shows.
• Acts as the “Voice of the Customer” by providing recommendations and feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to guarantee that control products/systems meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in lighting (or a similar ecosystem) sales, including leadership or direct involvement with third-party manufacturing sales teams.
• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to drive sales growth within your region.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
