📋 Description

• Act as a pivotal commercial leader in the introduction and expansion of the first-to-market, implantable bioelectronic device aimed at the inflammatory reflex.

• Manage regional growth while building and mentoring a team of 6–7 Territory Managers.

• Create and implement strategic regional growth initiatives that align with SetPoint’s commercial objectives.

• Identify and onboard new medical centers, ensuring program readiness and the success of physicians.

• Promote referral growth, enhance patient engagement, and increase therapy utilization within designated markets.

• Develop trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.

• Monitor and assess regional performance metrics to ensure sales and utilization goals are achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in medical device sales with a proven track record of driving regional success.

• Preference for award-winning sales leadership in implantable and/or first-in-category therapies.

• Strong history of leading teams in early-stage, emerging-market, or high-growth settings.

• Experience in navigating complex reimbursement environments, coding changes, and payer strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of how to develop and scale innovative therapies through market development and physician collaboration.

• Exceptional communication abilities with a strong leadership presence and the capacity to motivate high performance.

• Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in neuromodulation, immunology, or other advanced therapeutic technologies is a plus.

• Background in establishing and scaling high-growth commercial teams that launch disruptive medical innovations.
