• Drive Regional Growth: Foster new business opportunities through trade shows, proactive prospecting, and strategic collaborations with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
• Customer Engagement: Provide persuasive sales presentations, identify customer needs, and position our solutions to address real-world challenges.
• Channel Development: Enhance relationships within both direct and indirect sales channels to optimize market presence.
• Market Expansion: Seek out and engage new vertical markets, working alongside product teams to customize solutions for emerging opportunities.
• Training & Enablement: Inform partners about product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
• Feedback Loop: Serve as the customer's voice, sharing market insights and technical requirements with internal teams to improve product offerings.
• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with support teams to address issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, showcasing strong presentation and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions.
• Experience in selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–60%) and engage in classified projects requiring clearance.
• Comfortable managing confidential information and interacting with high-level stakeholders.
