This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of all sales activities within your designated region.
• Cultivate, enhance, and sustain both existing and new customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth across the entire SAMSON portfolio of products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face interactions with customers and organize lunch and learn sessions.
• Address customer service concerns and follow up on proposal activities.
• Organize Sales Meetings and Lunch & Learns as necessary.
• Provide technical assistance through documentation, drawings, customer training, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate effectively with other regional sales managers, sales leadership, and various departments.
• Over 5 years of experience in Industrial or Process Automation sales.
• Preferably possess technical knowledge of Valves, Actuators, and other control components.
• Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 6 weeks to 2 years.
• Proven track record managing a defined region with direct accounts and sales channels.
• Prior experience using a CRM system for all customer interactions.
• An energetic self-starter with a passion for achieving challenging goals and thinking creatively.
• Advanced proficiency in oral and written English (French is a plus) with strong presentation capabilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and skill set.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate conflicts, setbacks, and change.
• Detail-oriented individual with analytical skills, listening abilities, and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage occasional heavy workloads and multitasking demands.
• A valid Canadian driver's license.
