This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing all sales operations within a designated geographic area
• Evaluating competitor actions in the region and identifying business development opportunities
• Achieving revenue goals and key performance indicators set by the sales director
• Establishing networks with local businesses to foster relationships
• Participating in relevant industry events and conferences to promote business
• Utilizing consumer insights, market share data, and customer-specific information systems to enhance sales and profits
• Capitalizing on our brand and product range to boost profitability and align with customer and Royal Oak goals
• Creating sales programs and presentations for major accounts
• Formulating and sustaining sales forecasts and budgets for accounts
• Drafting sales contracts, presentations, and specialized sales programs in both written and verbal formats
• Showcasing extensive knowledge of all Royal Oak products, including their form, function, features, and benefits, while also maintaining an understanding of competitive product attributes, advantages, and retail pricing
• Identifying growth opportunities through product presentations, follow-ups, and reporting
• Timely preparation and submission of essential sales reports, administrative reports, and forecasts
• Staying informed about competitive developments in the market (products/programs) and conveying this information to superiors in a constructive and timely manner
• Addressing disputes and resolving issues with assigned accounts to nurture positive customer relationships
• Prior experience as a territory sales manager
• Relevant industry experience from a competitor or related company
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales objectives
• Experience in presentation – developing, analyzing, and adeptly presenting business and marketing materials
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
• Proven planning and organizational skills; adept at balancing long-term and short-term planning, managing multiple issues concurrently, and prioritizing effectively
• Outstanding speaking and communication abilities showcased across diverse venues, topics, and audiences
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting customer needs and delivering effectively
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of setting priorities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining consistent follow-up
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Employs strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess opportunities and foster value-added relationships
• Familiarity with syndicated data including IRI and customer data, along with the capacity to work with various technologies and enterprise applications.
