This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Ensure that the company's sales and margin goals are met in alignment with the business strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain successful long-term relationships with dealers within the assigned region.
• Identify and recommend prospective dealers that align with company standards.
• Support dealers in enhancing their vehicle sales performance.
• Gather market intelligence for the specified areas.
• Report on economic conditions within territories and identify both challenges and opportunities.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, along with overall strategies as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Assist in organizing participation in trade shows and dealer conferences.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and executing sales and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales volume and margin targets outlined in business plans.
• Proven capability to lead teams and achieve results through collaboration.
