This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Propel profitable sales growth in the region by acquiring new business and expanding current accounts.
• Create and implement a territory business plan that highlights key growth targets and strategic accounts.
• Cultivate new opportunities through data analysis, cold outreach, lead follow-up, and networking with end users, mechanical contractors, architects, and distributors.
• Partner with Market Development, Business Development, Marketing, and Inside Sales teams to establish relationships with regional architects, specifiers, and essential construction partners; identify strategic opportunities; and align efforts to penetrate targeted customer applications.
• Offer consultative sales support—comprehending customer requirements and suggesting the appropriate product or system solutions.
• Act as the customer advocate by collecting competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and product feedback for internal teams.
• Evaluate competitive activities and execute regional strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Represent RapidAir at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to enhance relationships and promote brand visibility.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Keep precise opportunity, forecast, and account information within Salesforce CRM.
• Engage in sales meetings, planning sessions, and training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in outside industrial or channel sales.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with decision-makers and finalizing complex deals.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking and territory planning.
• Familiarity with sales principles and best practices in account management.
• Technical proficiency in industrial or system-based products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% overnight; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
